The desired consultant will have experience with PHP development with an Oracle/MySQL database backend.

 

Minimum qualifications:

System Design.

Designing web based object oriented systems using an Oracle/MySQL database back-end - 5 years' experience.

Experience designing web based solutions utilizing secure software design principals and procedures.

Experience with HTML5, Axure, UML, and PHPunit.

 

Programming:

PHP v5.x development experience - 5 years experience.

Experience with secure software implementation using PHP software security best practices.

MySQLv5.x - 5 years experience.

JQuery, AJAX, MVC framework - 5 years experience.

Ajax, CSS (latest) - 3 years experience.

 

Desirable qualifications:

Python and Django.

Groovy on Grails.

Subversion.

Dreamweaver.
