Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM (Functional)
Location: Columbia, MD
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Required Skills:
Conduct meetings to understand requirements of PeopleSoft v9.1 Core HCM and develop functional specifications, develop configuration workbooks, configure the application, conduct functional specification walkthroughs, develop test scripts for integration testing and/or user acceptance testing, interact with client, assist with testing effort, functional testing, assist with cut-over activities.

Responsibilities/Expected deliverables:
Lead/drive meetings to understand requirements of PeopleSoft v9.1 Core HCM and develop functional specifications, develop configuration workbooks, configure the application, conduct functional specification walkthroughs, develop test scripts for integration testing and/or user acceptance testing, interact with client, assist with testing effort, functional testing, assist with cut-over activities.

Preferred:
HCM functional design, query, ability to lead meetings and control own work efforts, managing to time commitments, develop functional specifications, develop test scripts, contribute to test efforts, understand client HCM requirements, and contribute to cutover activities.

Stage:
Design / Build, Client is implementing PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM version 9.1.
