• 6+ year's enterprise data architecture experience in a data warehouse environment.
• 5+ years experience designing & developing complex solutions utilizing Info Sphere Information Server version 8.1 products including: Information Data Architect, DataStage in a Data Warehouse environment.
• 6+ years experience data modeling experience in staging, enterprise warehouse, and dimensional data marts.
• 6+ years experience deploying and maintaining formal data quality, data governance, data security, and master data management strategies using appropriate tools.
• 6+ years working with business Analyst's, Users and understand business needs.
  
  Data warehouse construction skills like:

• Must have Architecture & Design expertise in Data  Architecture/Modeling, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse/Marts, ETL/Data Integration & Analytics areas
• Must have expertise in Data Quality, Data Profiling, Metadata Management, Data Archival and Data Migration areas
• Understands KPIs and a common set of measures/metrics
• Can design and optimize star and snowflake schemas
• Understands when to use surrogate keys
• Exposure to data quality, data profiling advanced analytics
• Excellent grasp of slowly changing dimensions
• Can describe a star schema
• Ability to find process solution through ETL jobs designs as needed.
• Create, troubleshoot and tune complex mapping
• Participate in quality assurance reviews of ETL components
• Involvement with ETL system upgrades to new releases in order to fully exploit new features/functions
• Able to work independently on Design/Develop complex ETL Interface/Conversion objects based on multiple structures.
• Develop workflows considering performance of ETL for huge volumes of records from Source to Destination servers.
