Description: Looking for J2EE Portal Developer for design and development of portal application. This requires strong skills on J2EE portal technology, especially WAS 6.1 and Vignette content management system. Presentation layer skills (JSP, Java Script) is must.
Candidate must have very good track record of design, development and leading a small team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development duties will include
- Design of Portal application.
- Project planning, execution and delivery.
- Strong communication skill as role involves Client interaction including business.
- Strong leadership skill. Ability to lead development team.
- Work with offshore team
- Coordinate with end users.
Skill, Experience & General Information Required:
Basic Technical Requirements
- Strong J2EE skill (3 years)
- Web sphere Application Server -6.1 (3 years)
- Knowledge of Vignette content management system.
- Strong on JSP, Servlets and Java Script.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Insurance domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
