Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant (Techno-Functional)
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration:6 to 12 months
Rate :DOE
* At least 3 implementations in OIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct SQL queries from application database to provide data for business analysis.
2. Functional and technical development requirements for application modifications and OBIEE reporting solution.
4. Functional and technical development requirements for data collection processes
5. Work with production support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
6. Work with development and DBA teams to determine optimal application performance to meet the business needs.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Works independently and with teams.
Skills:-
1. 5-8 years of experience in related field (preferably with Oracle apps).
2. 3-5 years of experience in Oracle applications, specifically Oracle Incentive Compensation.
3. Strong Oracle SQL skills.
4. Oracle Applications experience
5. Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) required
6. Demonstrated interpersonal and interdepartmental skills.
7. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills which include the ability to document business processes and requirements.
