Job Description:


Candidate should have 15-20+ years of project management experience in

development and vendor implementations. Candidate will have very good

organization and coordination skills, ability to work closely with end-user

businesses and compliance organizations to manage expectations and

implementations. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of global

name screening implementation including certification and testing of new

releases; managing configuration / production support team; supporting

application deployments / configurations; and working with vendor, local

Citi, business, and compliance teams. Candidate should be able to manage

project schedules, track issues and report status, and communicate clearly

with stakeholders.Capable to Handle and manage Name Screening end to end .

Business User hanling experience w/ domain knowledge. Cross sector Program

Management Strong Development background Excellent Communication &

Presentation.


Key Skills: Project management, planning and organization; knowledge and

capabilities of all levels of SDLC especially requirements and design

analysis; very good written and verbal communication skills; ability to

develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and status summaries; customer

facing role / able to negotiate and work with all roles and levels of

people. Technical skills will include high-level architectural understanding

of systems integration over batch and real-time interfaces, Oracle databases

and SQL, data analysis, unix, systems and end-user testing, and high level

knowledge of programming and web-based systems.
