| · Deep knowledge of IBM MDM Infosphere 9.0 and object model and supporting webservices, existing functionality · Developing and implementing end-to-end MDM solution using IBM MDM Infosphere 9.0 · Preferred implementation knowledge in Insurance / Financial domain · Deep knowledge of integrating IBM MDM with home-grown applications as well as InfoSphere products like Quality Stage, Data Stage, etc · Product Implementations and Customizations, Application Lifecycle Management, Software Products and Application Deployment & implementation and understanding of Software Development Processes · Developing HLD, LLD for solution components based on the business requirements · Strong Unix and database (oracle) skills · Knowledge of IBM Quality Stage processing and ability to document quality stage functionality a plus |
| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Understand business requirements · Co-lead and/or actively participate in design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities for assigned interfaces. · Create High Level Design, Low Level Design based on the requirements · Ability to create detailed functional design documents for interfaces, including designing optimal composite MDM service transactions and associated process flow for each transaction. · Ability to create and validate XSDs and provide sample XML associated to webservices for assigned design documents · Prepare and execute test cases to ensure high quality results of functional design documents.

| Generic Managerial Skills | : | · Professional experience in being part of mid to large size teams · Experience of leading a small to mid-size team · Experience in coordinating with offshore teams |
