Description of Responsibilities: BIONIC Citrix Support High to Mid-level Citrix Administrator/Engineer
Description of Skills: MUST HAVE Citrix Certified Administrator or higher. Citrix XenApp 6.5 including application install on Terminal Server. Citrix XenDesktop 5.6. Citrix EdgeSight for application and server monitoring. Excellent customer service working with end users on their request monitoring email and ticketing system. NICE TO HAVE Citrix NetScaler and Access GateWay Enterprise. VMware, PowerShell scripting.
