Knowledge of estimation techniques.Capable of identifying the challenges in providing solution. Capable of workingwith domain consultants in deriving functional requirements. -->SAP ABAP(L2)-Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and is able to map the requirements to prepare Technical specification . Implements the solution based on technical specification and and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. Good knowledge about quality process and also guide the team- mates in using the various quality tools. Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants and support them in developing solutions. AlongwithBasic ABAP capabilities , candidate must have basic knowledge in one of theother areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basic knowledge of ALE/ IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4.Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have atleast 2 - 4years of experience in SAP ABAP and has atleast 2 implementation projects' experience and/or has exposure to support projects.

Knowledge about HR Upgrade project and Unicode Conversion.
