Roles & Responsibilities :
• Capable to work without direction
• Own an issue even if it belongs to other groups
• Coordinate with different groups/teams
• Resource allocation for priority
• Follow up and report timely
• Support Team Lead
Experience :
• .NET 3.5/4.0 hands on development experience
• Extensive SQL 2008 development experience
• Other MS technologies like SSIS, SharePoint
• Min 3-4 years of experience of production support
• Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting skills
• Good communication to engage with business/application functional support team
• Requirement gathering for enhancement, estimation etc
• At least 5-6 years hands on development back ground
Technical Skills :
• .NET, ASP .NET/MVC, ADO .NET,
• Webforms Win Forms,
• Win/Web Services, WCF, IIS, C#
• SQL/Oracle (middle tier) dev skills
• Troubleshooting skills -
• General understanding of Networking, Security
• AD/Group Policy
