Long Term
Required Experience/Skill set:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ Years Experience in SW Testing as a Test Engineer
• 3 years Experience in Data Warehouse or Database application testing
• Technical skills in Java, ANT, Oracle Database SQL, Teradata, Unix
• Proficient in SW Test Tools including HP Quality Center, QTP, BPT, LISA, Informatica
• Proven experience in developing test cases based on functional specifications, use cases, and business requirements
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Experience in advanced testing concepts such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, state transition testing, test coverage analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to fine details
• Experience in working with distributed teams a strong plus
• ISTQB or QAI Advanced Level Technical Test Certification preferred
