The Business Analyst is responsible for defining, improving and implementing business processes related to the operation of the Energy Delivery Suite of Applications, including CSS/Customer
This particular position will be primarily testing the CSS/Customer 1 system and related systems.
Analyze, identify and direct solutions to eliminate problems, improve user effectiveness and improve system accuracy.
Direct IT resources to ensure design changes meet business/regulatory requirements by approving technical designs and test plans, identifying problems, testing, and approving various stages of system development.
Provide direct support for all system users. Assist in training users by developing documentation, communicating changes and performing informal and formal training.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst. Knowledge of CSS/Customer 1 preferred. Excellent oral and written communication required.
Problem solving and analytical skills required. Must be able to work independently, be results driven with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Must have strong attention to detail. Strong PC/computer skills required. Some travel may be required.
