Role: PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 5+ months

The successful candidate will have Business Analyst experience in addition to a minimum of four years of PeopleSoft Financials experience and one year of PeopleSoft HRMS experience.
Basic Qualifications
· Outstanding verbal and written skills are essential
· PeopleSoft Development experience in PeopleSoft Finance
· Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
· Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
· Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks
· Ability to work independently to identify and determine enterprise applications
· Demonstrated competency in documenting technical and functional Specifications

· Maintain our PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 application – including identifying and resolving root cause of issues
· Finance and Payroll data conversion activities including participating in data mapping and development of technical specifications. The ability to run, construct and understand conversion programs is preferred.
· Work independently with staff.
· Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business requirements within PeopleSoft Finance and HRMS applications.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
