| Responsibilities | · Primary duties of this position are to support updates to applications in the client's private XenApp cloud for the ICD-10 project. Provide problem management of multi-user issues by investigating and diagnosing root causes. |
| Required Skills | · Has experience working as a project lead, and will be responsible for oversight of most or all aspects of a project. · 3 + years experience administering and supporting Citrix XenDesktop · 3+ years experience administering and supporting Citrix XenApp 5.0 · Provide level three support of production Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments. · Knowledge of Citrix EdgeSight is a plus · ITIL Certification is a plus · Solid problem isolation and troubleshooting skills. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent customer service skills |
