Job Description:  

 

Requirements:

QM Functional Coordinators - primary site contacts for coordinating work stream deployment activities with appropriate Kellogg SMEs. The individual will identify work stream needs, summarize work requests, coordinate work sessions with the appropriate site SMEs, and communicate requirements back to BC work stream owners. The intent is to serve in a coordination capacity and optimize the time utilization of site SMEs to meet the required objectives from each work stream

 

The functional coordinator will be the primary contact for any requests that will be coming from the Symphony project team

The functional coordinator should be familiar with the business process and will be working side-by-side with the Jackson plant's SMEs on the project implementation activities, including, but not limited to Data Mappings; Functional Requirements; Assembly (Unit) testing; Identification of the integration test scenarios; Data load validation; Integration (PIT) testing; User Acceptance testing; and Hypercare support
