Required:

5 years min. related experience, including working on a software development project team.

5 years min. experience in project and client account management

5 years min. experience in a BA role working with a complex, comprehensive healthcare benefits administration system or claims management system.

5 years min. experience in healthcare industry including claims systems, HIPAA, provider relations and group and member services.

Proven experience in business analysis, working with business units to acquire and document business rules.

Proven experience with QA tools and developing QA standards is desirable

Experience with and understanding of web software development
