Required skills and Business Analyst Experience:

1.1-3 years experience in POS Retail
2.VeriFone POS/Sapphire trouble-shooting experience preferred

Deliverables/Scope of Work:
1.Deliver production/application support, enhancement and integration services on customer applications using project management and business analysis methodology in coordination with other IT teams supporting customer.
2.Follow Tesoro existing testing and change management processes and established communication methods as directed by manager.
3.Gather and document effective business requirements following IT practices and guidelines as directed.
4.Follow established documentation processes related to production support and incident resolution.
