Title : Sr. Java Developer with JUnit testing Experience

Location : Hartford, CT or Phoenix, AZ

Duration : 6+ months

 

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

• Mentor the team in developing and deploying test automation solutions through coaching, code-reviews and peer-programming.
• Drives test design and architecture discussions, and proposes testing solutions to system changes
• Leads test design and code reviews
• Produces clear, well-communicated, complete tests for test frameworks or sub-system

 Must Have Skills:

• A senior resource (Min of 8-10 years of overall Exp) with significant client-facing onsite experience
• Proven Java coding experience including the use of Junit
• Demonstrated client management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using JBehave to develop / execute automated tests
• Experience working in Agile scrum teams, particularly in the Test role
• Experience gathering requirements from the Product Owner along with acceptance criteria
• Experience working within a BDD or TDD (Business / Test Driven Development) framework
• Working knowledge of Spring (Batch, Integration, IOC) and/or Mule ESB
