Job Title: QA Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Job Description:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred:

Demonstrated experience with Rational Functional/Performance Tester

Experience working with health care information systems and/or knowledge of business processes in the medical field and county health departments

Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) environments and designs

Experience training and mentoring staff

Experience with Health Level 7 (HL7) structure

Experience with the Health Management System (HMS)

Required:

Contractors will be required to complete this work on site at client

Experience with Test Automation Scripts

Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Experience with distributed systems

Experience with testing in distributed and large scale data systems

Demonstrated knowledge of database structures and design

Experience with defining and implementing a performance testing approach

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and development staff

Experienced in technical specifications reviews and providing guidance and feedback

Strong organizational skills

Track record of creativity and initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business analysts, technical staff and subject matter experts

3. Education/Experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

5-7 years of QA experience in a software company

1-3 years of Leading Teams of 3-5 individuals

Required:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

2-4 years of experience with one or more of the following tools (or similar):

1. Rational Functional/Performance Tester

2. Rational Robot and Mercury (now HP)

3. Loadrunner

4. QuickTest Professional (QTP)

5. HP Quality Center
