Essential Skills   

•10+ yrs experience

•Solid PL/SQL and data analysis skills are mandatory

•Development Best Practices

•Sql Tuning ( Hands on )

•Batch Processing Architecture

•Performance Monitoring in production for Batch and Online

•Implementing SONAR across the Development Environments

•Creation of a performance dashboard, Operational dashboard

•Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development Skills SQL tuning and advanced PL/SQL development. 

•Design, develop, modify and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL code.       

(a)Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

(b)Experience working directly with business teams

(c)Drive business teams to provide a detailed business requirement, guide them to prepare a detailed test plan and completing its execution on time

 

Desirable             

-Oracle eBusiness suite experience

-Experience with database design tools a plus

(a)Experience working in a dual shore model (i.e. onshore/offshore)
