Job Qualifications:

- Six to nine (6-9) years of experience as an Business Analyst

- Experience using IBM Rational Rose (IBM Rational Software Architect) is equivalent

- Map Business Process using BPM.

- extract IT Requirements to help facilitate efficiencies in the business process

- Model IT Requirements using UML.

- Forwards-and-backwards traceability to all of the requirements, both functional and technical.

- Strong IT skills
