Need a Lead Developer (AS400) Very Strong Analytical Skills with AS400 Programming experience Very Strong iSeries/AS400 RPG Programming and technical background Strong in COBOL, RPG preferably in ILE concepts well versed with structured programming Proficiency in using the Tools (SDA, Good working knowledge on SQL, CL, Queries, Reporting SEU, PDM, DDS etc) Expert at Computer programming.

 Understanding of multiple Software Development methodologies.

 Be able to define Project processes and implement them Strong understanding of Quality management practices in projects.

 Good understanding of estimation techniques and methodologies and ability to apply them to arrive at effort estimates.

 Understanding of complex information and requirements.

 Updated on Technology developments Ability to handle uncertain, pressure situations due to tight deadlines and with cost/ quality constraints.

 Thorough understanding of SDLC Ability to customize quality practices for specific project needs Strong understanding of Healthcare domain specifically Claims Processing would be great.
