•Four plus years experience in release management

•Proven track record managing complex technical or business projects

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•Excellent written and oral communication capabilities

•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

•Proven cross-functional team success

•Ability to influence business leaders 

•Demonstrated ability  to effectively interact with all levels of management 

•Ability to multi-task

•Successful track record of managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.

•Proficient in analyzing portfolio performance and reporting on portfolio health and status

•Proven ability to manage activities required to promote software releases to production  

•Ability to drive software releases to on time delivery and completion.

•Excellent record of Stakeholder Management

•Proficient in time management

•Good working knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio

•Proficient with MS Office Suite of products

•Self starter, able to work in a dynamic environment

•High work ethic

•Works well with others       

•Ability to learn new technology
