Job Title: Data/ETL Architect (With Cognos Expereince )
Contract
Houston TX

 

Job Description:
Good Leadership skills - should be able to handle team of 6-8 professionals

Must possess excellent analytical skills
Good knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
Proven expertise in Data Modeling for Operational Data Storage (ODS), Data Warehouse Modeling – must have experience in this area for designing the data model for at least 2 large projects
Should have knowledge of modeling tools like ER Win
Expertise/Knowledge in IBM Cognos 8.4 and above (that includes Framework Model, Report Studio, Query Studio, Dash boarding)
Should understand the ETL and analytical reporting solution, the handshaking between them
Should be able to drive the solution as well as estimate efforts very quick around time
Good communication
Must be good technical writing skills i.e. should be able to convert business requirements into functional and technical requirements

Below will be an added advantage –
- Consulting experience
- HR Analytics implementation
