Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: New Castle, DE

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Rate: $40/HR.

 

 

Required Skills:

Experience with Integrated Eligibility business, experience in analysing functional requirements and translating to system design, experience in creating functional system design documentation (user interface specifications, process flow diagrams, use cases etc.)

 

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft .NET, experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with clients

 

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for documenting requirements, developing design documentation on the basis of functional requirements (use cases, user interface specifications, process flow diagrams), working with the technical team to explain the functionality of the various components, documenting meeting minutes from requirements and design sessions, collaborating with the client subject matter experts to resolve outstanding action items

Expected Deliverables: User interface specifications, use cases, process flows

 

Technical Environment

.net, Visual Studio 2008/2010, Microsoft ASP.NET web applications, LINQ extensions, WCF, C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2008
