Position: .NET Developer

Duration: Long Term  

Location: Cranberry PA (16066).

This is at least 1 year but we have had someone there for 3 years for a Software Developer.

 POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

 

BS in Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the following areas are required:

·         Enterprise application development including RDBMS (Oracle/MS SQL Server)

·         ADO.Net

·         ASP.Net, JavaScript/HTML, AJAX, XSLT

·         Web Services

·         Enterprise Libraries (4.0 or greater)

·         Visual Studio (2008 or greater)  Language: C#  

·         Unit Testing

·         Team Foundation Server (TFS)

·         Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

 

The following areas are preferred:

·         Agile/SCRUM development experience

·         Entity Framework, Linq

·         jQuery, HTML5

·         Object Oriented Analysis & Design

·         Test driven development (NUnit or similar)

 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

  

Develops and maintains applications and components to meet various business requirements. Designs, programs, tests and supports applications with an advanced level of expertise. Trains users as required. Provides technical support and guidance to application developers and application users across the enterprise and at customer sites.

 

They are really looking for the following in a candidate. Must have at least 5 years of experience.
