Job Title:  B2B/EDI Engineer

Location:  St. Louis, MO

Duration:  6+ Months 

 

Must have the following skills:

Please go through it and let me know if you have anyone with a combination of EDI/B2B and Java software development background?  Location is St. Louis, MO.  6+ months contract and rate is open.

Technical Qualifications:

" Advanced WTX/Mercator programming skills.

" Advanced UNIX (Linux, AIX) skills.

" Advanced knowledge of client integration (B2B) concepts and Electronic File Standards/Formats

o x12 EDI

o XML

o NCPDP

o HIPAA

" Experience with B2B implementations (from inception to completion)

 

Qualifications:

" College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.

" 5 or more years of IS/IT experience, preferably 1-2 years in PBM industry.

" Excellent oral and written communication skills.

" Familiarity with health care industry very helpful

" Ability to handle complicated technical issues and communicate them with both technical and non-technical people.

" Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

" Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.

" Demonstrated ability to manage toward work plan goals.

" Team-oriented with a proactive and optimistic problem solving style.

" Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.

" Extremely detail oriented.

" Strong customer service focus.

" Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
