Location: Downtown, Avenue of America, NY

Duration : Long Term

 

Required:

 8+ years of experience and minimum of 6 years software hands on development experience..

 

Key Skills:

1.       Fixed Income – a must

2.       Ability to articulate and document

3.       Ability to modularize the work

4.       Ability to Architect and Design an execution approach for the program

5.       Technology:

a.        Core Java (Jdk6/7)

b.       J2EE Frameworks – Spring/ Hibernate etc)

c.        Open source Frameworks/ languages – whatever is best for specific tasks.. for example – Groovy, Guava, Grails etc.

d.       General Strength in technology

e.       Strong System Architecture and Design Skills

f.         Strong underlying platform knowledge – LINUX

g.        Good DB knowledge  Oracle and Sybase

6.       Ability to estimate – Time and Cost

7.       Program and Project Management Skill

8.       Strong in expression – both written and spoken.

9.       Strategic thinker.

10.   100% Open to relocate.
