POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. 8+ years of experience and minimum of 5 years software hands on development experience coding and testing web based applications.
2. Minimum of 3 years of development experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
3. Strong knowledge of web technologies and web application such as .NET, C#, JavaScript.
4. Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database systems, specifically MS SQL Server.
5. Strong system development lifecycle/methodology experience.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Need ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team. Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms to developers and translate information into business capabilities with business analysts.
7. Must possess high degree of initiative; anticipate and avoid problems; proactively resolve issues.
8. Must be thorough, have strong analytical and follow up skills, and be able to research/learn independently.
9. Bachelor's degree required from a qualified college, preferred Computer Science or other technical degree.

 

SKILLS:

Product experience required:

·         Microsoft SQL Server

·         Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (for ref, we are on version 4.0, rollup 17)

·         .NET development, C#

·         JavaScript

 

Preferred skills:

·         Outlook and Telephony (CTI) Integration with MS CRM product

·         WPF/ Silverlight (5)

·         Microsoft's App Fabric

·         Microsoft TFS

·         Solid mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Macros, PowerPoint etc.)
