Job Title:   Business Systems Analyst II

Duration:-   12 + Month (possible chance to move long term)

Location-  BLOOMINGTON, IL

 

Description:

Description : This request is to assist with Service Management/Quality assignments

 

1. Primary - Quality Lead

2. Assist - Service Level Liaison

3. Backup - Change Coordinator

 

1. Primary - Quality Lead Understand and follow ICP quality process and checkpoints Educate BAF on ICP quality process and areas of improvement Perform initial reviews of BAF CAB 1,2,3 documentation to ensure it meets quality standards, prior to submission for formal ICP review

2. Assist - Service Level Liaison Artifact review (documents to meet CAB requirements) Identify relational impact across multiple projects Monitor changes for service level impact Monitor projects for service changes Requirements monitoring Report generation Trend analytics

3. Backup - Change Coordinator Understand and follow State Farm change process Backup primary change coordinator in preparing and monitoring BAF change records Some after hours may be required for this assignment (on-call to review and mark records) Facilitate discussions for urgent/emergency changes Facilitate discussion for changes with quality issues and/or adverse impacts

 

Basic Skills: ITIL Service Management Fundamentals MS-Office, to include VISIO, PowerPoint, Excel Good computer skills (browsers, forms, flexible with new tools/terms) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Abiltiy to read/comprehend written processes and procedures Bonus skills:  Familiarity with SharePoint
