Role 1: SAP CRM Configuration Lead

Has experience in CRM systems and is a strong configuration specialist on a large scale implementations.  Has strong configurations knowledge and has the ability to lead and analyze complex issues without supervision. 

 

Role 2: Senior SAP CRM Consultant

Has experience in CRM systems and is a strong configuration specialist on a large scale implementations.  Has strong configurations knowledge and has the ability to analyze complex issues without supervision. 

 

Role 3: SAP CRM Consultant

Has experience in CRM systems and is a good configuration specialist on a other SAP implementations.  Has good configurations knowledge and has the ability to analyze fairly complex issues with minor supervision.
