We would need a person who can provide Oracle B2B product expertise, strong with performance testing and tuning the B2B engine, and provide guidance around advanced exception handling and monitoring.  We need someone who can lead the B2B efforts to completion.
 
The person should be able to help troubleshoot issues, help with performance tuning and tuning the B2B engine
