Notes from the Manager:
• They are working on 41 application from Java to VB to mainframe.
• Strong Java and VB experience with familiar with Mainframe (Cobol, DB2, IS).
• Hands on experience creating design. Java Design experience is a must.
• SDLC and be able to break-fix.
• Coding and testing exp.
• SQL Server or Oracle is a plus
• This team is a Product support team
Departmental Requirements:
• Strong experience developing and maintain database driven client server applications using, VB6, VB .net. Including form based GUI, dynamic reporting, queries, objects and VB scripting.
• Experience with SQL Server development, creating schema objects, indexes, foreign keys, entity relationships, data loads and data import & export. Including stored procedures, VB scripting, views and triggers.
• Experience working in JAVA, J2ee, Struts, Tiles, Design Patterns and Display Tag.
Departmental Preferences:
• Experience with JAVA development utilizing MQ data.
• Familiarization with DB2.
• Familiarization with Hyperion as well as SQR (SQL language for Hyperion).
