                                                             ii.      Ability to resolve data issues

                                                            iii.      Ability to do design, code, testing

                                                           iv.      Support UAT

a.       Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

b.      Self starter

c.       Proactive in thinking, raises issues proactively

d.      Problem solving, white boarding

e.      Takes ownership of issues
