Position Title	Job Description
Technical Analyst -  SAP Buy Sell Implementation	Collaborates with functional team members, and other stakeholders to understand and document specific details regarding requirements; Evaluates solution alternatives and advises options, risk and benefits; Makes recommendations and presents potential solutions to business analysts, functional team IT management team * Develops design and technical specifications that provide specific guidance to software developers to affect solutions using standard technical approaches that can be readily understood and maintained by other technical staff * Develop and foster good business relationships and coordinate activities with internal customers and other IT colleagues to ensure successful project implementation * Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions * Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including the analysis, design, test, implementation of changes, and post-production support   Skills: Extensive working knowledge of the SAP ABAP Workbench, ABAP programming, SAP Data Dictionary, ALV including          SAP design and coding techniques. Understanding of the SAP table structures, SAP scripting, Workflow programming, Adobe Forms, Jet Forms Experience in software unit and integration testing Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Self-starter and resourceful hands on. Problem solver, finisher and highly organized.

SAP Lead Developers	Role Description: SAP Lead Developer - responsibilities include design and development of RICEF objects working with a team of developers.  KNowledge of SD area Contracts, Logistics very desirable * Evaluates solution alternatives and advises options, risk and benefits;  Makes recommendations and presents potential solutions to SAP Technical Analyst Collaborates with functional team members and SAP Technical Analyst/s to understand and document Technical Specifications.   * Develops design and technical specifications that provide specific guidance to software developers to affect solutions using standard technical approaches that can be readily understood and maintained by other technical staff Validation of analysis results to ensure accuracy.  Perform review of code and UNIT test results and provide guidance to developers. Ability to quickly respond to ad-hoc, short-turnaround analysis needs   * Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including the analysis, design, test, implementation of changes, and post-production support in Warranty phase of Project   Must haves: 7+ years working on the technical side of SAP ERP applications (ECC 6.0 and 4.6) Must have participated in at least 1 SAP implementation. Working experience of SD Functional Area Contracts, Logistics needed Extensive working knowledge of the SAP ABAP Workbench, ABAP programming, SAP Data Dictionary, ALV including SAP design and coding techniques for RICEF objects Specific knowledge of how to program user exits, Understanding of the SAP table structures, SAP scripting, Workflow programming, EDI/ALE, RFC Experience in software unit and integration testing Desired: Knowledge of UNIX/Autosys Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Self-starter and resourceful hands on. Problem solver Desired: •Avaya SAP Project experience
