"intensive hand-on experience with desktop integration: extensive experience with application engineering and support, exensive exposure to scripting and programming.
One should be an expert on Windows Operating system, should have good knowledge on Active Directory GPO, and deployment, should have packaging knowledge, at the same time understand Product customization.
Product customization includes manage/control/configuration of the product. Product support includes integration, developer supporter (how to remediate code to work with customized product such as IE, Chrome).
Programming language experience such as VB6, VB.Net, C# will be plus.
And about packaging, candidate should have deep knowledge, i.e. create package, add customization, trouble-shooting--this includes MSI and App-V.

SECONDARY SKILLS:
Sun Java Runtime, Adobe Air and other deskto p runtime
Adobe Reader and Acrobat Professional integration,management and development support.
Development languages, C#/Perl
