The Job Description is as follows:
Good understanding and working experience on Software introduction process and application packaging process (Min 2 years)
Experience on working with customer and coordination (Min 1 year)
Good understating on server environment and should be in a position to acquire knowledge on new tools and maintain it
Managing team ticket queue and good customer handling skills
Advanced windows desktop troubleshooting skills with Windows 7 and XP (Min 3 years)
Troubleshooting advances desktop issues, Drivers, WMI, Policies etc.. Sysinternal tools ( Min 1 years)
Troubleshooting windows 7/XP image issues and test image with Imaging team
Troubleshooting Software delivery issues from SCCM and SCCM Client/inventory issues (Min 1 year)
