The Job Description is as follows:

 

1.      Scrum master should adhere the scrum process and Currently working as Scrum Master.

2.      Should ne Scrum Certified

3.      Able to get product back locks from product owners

4.      help in product owner to understand the prioritization of PBI[product backlog item]

5.      Conducting sprint planning / retrospective meetings

6.      Schedule daily  stand up/ scrum meetings

7.      Explain / Train the team to adhere the scrum principles

8.      Refining sprint backlog meetings

9.      Understanding the road block of any team member and work with diff team / POC to resolve the road block

10.  Should be able to manage sprint burn down chart

11.  Communication to the stake holders and partners
