Required Skills

(Minimum Mandatory Capabilities)         Required Skills

-  Strong process knowledge on extracting information from subject matter experts and creating

   formal documentation.

-  BA/BS or equivalent

-  5 or more years of experience in producing high quality, technically accurate documentation

-  Experience with ITIL v2/v3 concepts, SDLC, and IT functions.

-  Experience writing technical papers with best practices.

-  Ability to write clear and concise written documents.

-  Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Terms of Reference

(Work to be performed)               Terms of Reference

-  Demonstrated excellence in documenting technical processes in the IT Service Management

   area

-  Excellent understanding 'As Is' Infrastructure processes through discussions with technical staff

   & Management

-  Accurately document current technical processes especially ITIL processes and procedures for

   Release, Configuration, and Change management

-  Working across multiple areas such as Infrastructure, Security, DBA, Network, Apps etc.

-  Extracting system and process information from technical staff and turn into professional

   technical documentation quickly 

-  Work with Staff on defining streamlined procedures

-  Edit process documents, guidelines, templates

-  Define and maintain procedures using established templates and guidance

-  Create process Tip Sheets and newsletters

-  Assist other team members in their document preparation

-  Demonstrated excellence in writing/editing FAQs

-  Capture statistics for metrics reporting
