| 2 | Installation and troubleshooting ClearCase related problems |
| 3 | Managing Multisite requests- Import - Export of VOBs, Mastership related issues & changing the masterships from one site to another, Resolving VOB Synchronization issues, Recovering lost packets and manually exporting the packets |
| 4 | VOB management – Creation, deletion, archiving , movement |
| 5 | View Management – Assisting users with issues related to views |
| 6 | Implement SW developers requirements |
| 7 | Minor upgrades - Analysis, Testing and Deployment |
| 8 | Handle Checkout, Checkin, permissions, Merge, Branch and labeling issues |
| 9 | Testing clients with new big fix patching |
| 10 | Major Upgrades, define standards, Operational requirements |
| 11 | Coordinating with Development team and system administrators and closing day-to-day problems on timely based |
| 12 | Handle issues related to integration of ClearCase with other tools like ClearQuest, , visual studio |
| 13 | Manage Clearcase windows and UNIX regions |
