Duration: Full Time

Location: New Jersey or DC

 

Job Description:

·         EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING AGILE PROJECTS WITH DISTRIBUTED TEAMS IN ONSITE-OFFSHORE MODEL WITH VERY GOOD COMM (SPOKEN AND WRITTEN),  PRESENTATION, FACILITATION, AND CUSTOMER MGMT SKILLS REQUIRED

·         EXPERIENCE IN CONDUCTING TRAINING PROGRAMS/WORKSHOPS AND VERY GOOD FACILITATION SKILLS

·         PARTICIPATON IN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FORUMS (WRITING+SPEAKING+ORGANIZING, ETC.)

·         COACHING / MENTORING SKILLS A MUST

 

Responsibilities:

·         Work with project teams, enable agile transition, handhold project teams in the first 2 or 3 iterations
