Position: IVR Application Developer

 

Leads the development and implementation of highly complex IVR applications on one or more diverse platforms. Uses advanced knowledge of IVR technologies, including Java, Java Script, VXML, XML, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area IVR requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and costeffective software/package solution. Researches and tracks new IVR technologies, develops self-service applications, and analyses business requirements as they pertain to IVR applications. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. May provide direction and guidance

to less experienced staff.

 

Basic Qualifications: 7+ years IVR development experience which includes the programming/ development of IVR applications.

 

Minimum Qualifications: * 5 + years demonstrated experience with Java, J2EE, VXML, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Ibatis, OOAD

 

Preferred Skills: 5 + years prior Contact Center experience with IVR's, Genesys CTI, Telephony, Nuance speech products and NDF
