Project Manager

Job Summary

The primary functions of this position include client management, project management and team leadership. Under the direction of the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the desired e-commerce solution for the client.

Duties and Responsibilities

• - Actively participate in project definition, including collecting and processing inputs from team members and customers
• - Manage projects, including client management and team leadership
• - Provide regular reports on project progress, requirements and status
• - Optimize use of team resources and identify additional resources required for success as needed
• - Proactively identify and propose improvements to the work environment and development process, with particular emphasis on productivity, quality, execution, and team member growth
• - Occasionally assist in business development activities

Required Skills and Abilities

• - Excellent task management and follow-through
• - Professional phone presence and willingness to initiate contact
• - Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external clients, or customers
• - Ability to effectively communicate company services and product offerings
• - Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Education and Work Experience

• - Bachelor's degree or higher
• - At least six years work experience
• - Two years successful project management experience
