Pay rate:  $42/hour C2C

Location: Austin Texas

 

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for Programming, Testing and Documentation. This position will also be involved in requirements gathering and systems design discussions.

 

Education and/or Experience:

· Requires a 4 year degree or equivalent in an accredited institution of the sciences.

· Requires at least 2 to 4 years of programming experience in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net. in C#

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Requires Microsoft .Net Programming experience in C# or VB.Net.

· Requires database experience. Must have good communications skill.

· Extensive working knowledge of Java Scripting Java.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Programming in Microsoft .Net

· Writing Technical documentation

· Required to be able to refactor source code to meet company guidelines.

· Required to Track and Report progress on individual assigned tasks in JIRA.

· Required to Track their working hours in ezLabor.

· Required to Report to a Team Lead or Division Manager.

· Works efficiently, accurately and independently.

· Ability to adjust to changing deadlines.

· Participates in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

· Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with Project Manager.

· Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.

· Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.

· Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Develops new applications from beginning to end.

· Maintains existing applications.

 

· Develop a standard timeline for all reporting projects and efforts.

· Participate in the development of the department's strategic goals and direction; set aggressive and relevant goals for the development of these functions.

· Other related duties and special projects as assigned.
