Mandatory Functional Skills	• International Functional Resource, needed for design, RICEF authoring, prototyping, development support: • Conduct work package planning and preparation • Conduct high-level solution design activities • Conduct high-level design review and work package kickoffs • Perform baseline configuration and confirmation • Plan and conduct system and integration testing (SIT) • Plan and conduct regression testing • Detailed conversion validation / tracking • Validate role to position mapping • Conduct data management activities • Plan and conduct stress and volume testing • Plan and conduct regression testing • Conduct cutover and provide production support • Update production turnover documentation
Desirable Functional Skills	• Able to plan/track tasks/activities • Able to lead the Project. • SAP, BCS, BW, Business Objects, Netweaver, Portals, ABAP, JAVA, and Solution Manager.
