 Finance Deployment Manager

 Finance Development is looking for a Finance Deployment Manager to drive the global development and implementation of Financial Accounting, Business Control and Reporting processes and solutions.

In this role, you participate in global business transformation programs and projects ensuring finance related requirements are gathered and implemented according accounting guidelines, business rules and controls.

Your responsibilities include facilitation of assessment workshops and solution reviews as well as process and solution fit/gap analysis together with local teams and central concept team.

You ensure a holistic approach is taken into account in all deployment activities.

Tasks also include active communication, sharing process and solution knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and development in own area of expertise and constantly promoting process thinking.

We expect you to have a Masters degree in Economics and Business Administration.

You have process and project management experience as well as experience in deploying new processes and supporting systems globally.

You are familiar with Finance Shared Services and Corporate Performance Management concepts.

In addition, you have a good system understanding of e.g. SAP.
