| Required Skills: • Experience with leading a test team for projects and interacting with peer groups including the business users. • Experience identifying candidates and developing/executing plans to automate test cases. • Experience in the areas of test planning, preparing, creating and executing test cases. • Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking). • Knowledge of Unix, DB Testing. • Working SQL knowledge on Oracle, Informix or SQL Server database. • Experience with Testing tools such as HP Quality Center. • Knowledge & experience in Testing concepts (SDLC, STLC & Defect Life cycle). • Experience in Telco Retail BSS (Business support systems) • Good functional knowledge in Telecom Order management, Billing, Account Management, Opportunity Management, Trouble Management • Experience in Test Data management & Defect Management • 5+ years leading IT testing efforts 5 - 6 years of test execution and analysis 1 - 2 years of telecom – Additional Skills: • Knowledge of eTOM model. • Knowledge of Amdocs billing products / databases. • Experience working with an Offshore Team –Knowledge of Engineering systems | |
