Long Term contract
Technical Lead: Experience with the management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical installations, including architecture design and integration with telephony infrastructure. At least ten years of technical leadership experience. Must be willing to spend the majority of the next year in New York City.
Required Experience for all roles:
• Experience with large scale multi-channel CRM projects
• Experience with CRM projects and/or Call Centers that receive over 10 Million service requests or inquiries per year.
• Multiple years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with replacement of legacy systems with multiple or complex integration points
Desired experience for all roles:
• Experience with business analysis and business process re-engineering for replacements of public-sector case management systems
• Experience with Agile development methodology (particularly as it pertains to user design and use case development)
