MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Please make sure that the consultant has all the below skill/ experiences 

 

• 84 months Demonstrated experience performing Systems Design and Development on Medium to Large-scale projects as a Message Broker expert utilizing the MS .NET framework with interoperability capabilities across multiple platforms
• 84 months Demonstrated experience as a Technology Specialist in .NET Framework, focus on Service Communications Applications. (SOA)
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Silverlight 4. A copy of the Certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
• 36 months Demonstrated experience using Oracle 10 and higher. 
• 36 months Demonstrated experience working on Large-scale complex Healthcare Systems PHI\HIPAA data.
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in .NET Framework 4, Service Communications Applications. A copy of the Certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in .NET Framework 4, Data Access. A copy of the Certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
• Bachelors Degree. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
