Job title: VBA Excel/Access Developer
Location: New York City NY
Job start date: ASAP
Duration: +6 Months
The successful candidate should have a good track record in development in MS Access and VBA macros .
Should be able to work independently with minimal direction.
The associate will be required to demonstrate a mature and constructive approach to custom development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development duties will include (provide as much details as possible):
Building new reports in MS Access for Basel III Standardized reporting and CCAR reporting.
Communication with end business users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles
Interact with other technology groups as needed
Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
Skill, Experience & General information Required:
Basic Technical Requirements
MS Access (4+ years)
VBA macros (4+ years)
SQL (4+ years)
Desirable Skills
Exposure to the Banking and Regulatory reporting is an advantage.
Familiarity with Basel and CCAR is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
